SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 48 hours during business days.

We only offer standard shipping at this time.

Shipping takes 2-5 days in USA and 7-14 days outside of USA, after the order is processed. 

Shipping days are business days from Monday - Friday.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is always free of charge in USA on orders over $80 

Orders outside of USA do not qualify for free shipping and the shipping rates will appear in your shopping cart.

RETURN POLICY

AS OF 04.09.22 WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY IS FOLLOWING:

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS MERCHANDISE IS DAMAGED.

DAMAGED ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

RETAIL POLICY REMAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 15 days from the date you received the item(s). If there is any indication the garment has been worn the item will be returned to you at your cost. 

If you need to return an item, please email us at returns@blushsunset.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. Return shipping must be paid by the clients, if outgoing order was below $75 and was paid for shipping by the buyer, the outgoing shipping cost will not be refunded. 

All Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Once we get the return item please allow as 48-72 hours to process the refund. After we process the refund, it will take 24-72 hours for the refund to be posted on your original payment method.
